Hi Everyone,
Even though I'm sad, I'm thankful to have you here.
Do you believe in freedom?
Me too.
Do you believe in democracy ?
Me too.
I want to be a symbol of our efforts to combat ongoing threats to our democracy in the United States. Sometimes, symbols can be very powerful in visualizing a cause.
When you have symbols -- You see it . You think about it. You can be motivated by it.
I know I'm just a simple cartoon character. But I'm a cartoon character with hopes and dreams - where what I stand for is honored in words and deeds.
I want to bring people together in unity for the cause of saving our democracy.
Will you join me?
While the world can sometimes seem quite sad and scary when we are by ourselves, when we join together - we are stronger and more courageous.
Just like my old friend Bill, from SchoolHouse Rock back in the 1970s, I want to tell people the truth about important things.
Bill is a memorable, iconic character.
I can't sing like Bill - but I do have a lot of plans to help make my hopes and dreams come true.
And I need your help.
Come back to see me often. Being sad alone is hard.
